Cancellation Policy

We require 48-business hours notice to change or cancel an appointment, otherwise a fee will be charged from $50 to 50% of scheduled treatment, whichever is greater.   

Children and Pets Policy

For our patients' safety and comfort, we appreciate your compliance with our policy of no pets, or children under  the age of 13.
